Storage

Storage Options: IP Network Attached, Attached, SAN, and Direct Attach

For Direct Attach, SAN, Attached, and IP Network Attached storage systems, we offer IT storage services. Our solutions are customized to meet business requirements, providing trustworthy and safe storage choices to maximize your infrastructure and guarantee smooth operation.

Types of Storage

Direct-Attached Storage DAS

DAS storage is a hard disk or solid-state drive directly connected by a cable to a computer or server. DAS is an easy-to-use, efficient storage solution for desktop PCs and smaller servers.

Storage Area Network

SAN is a high-speed network and is generally present in large data centers. SAN provides block-level access to storage. It affords higher availability and high performance with centralized management by the pooling of storage resources centrally, which could be shared and accessed from multiple servers.

Network-Attached Storage

NAS provides file-level access over the network, hence making it easy to store and retrieve files over the network. They are known to be quite easy to use and equally easy to set up, hence suitable for smaller environments which would need some form of centralized storage.

IP network-attached storage

On the other hand, IP NAS is similar to NAS but communicates over IP using protocols based on IP, such as TCP/IP. It offers ease of setup and management for the centralized storage need and efficiently interfaces with the current network infrastructure.

Problem Solving & Benefits

Direct-Attached Storage (DAS)

DAS provides fast, share-free dedicated storage since it is directly attached to a workstation or server. It is simple and relatively inexpensive; thus, it is good for individual users or small enterprises.

Storage Area Network (SAN)

The SAN is a high-speed network accommodated specifically for access to block-level data. This is the ideal solution for large enterprises that require centrally managed, scalable, high-performance storage

Network-Attached Storage

In the case of NAS, files and data are centrally stored and shared; it grants access to storage at a file level through the networking level.

IP Network Attached Storage

However, the version of NAS that has drawn the interest of many is known as IP NAS.

IP NAS abbreviates to IP Network-Attached Storage. This version of NAS is an easy way to reach your information from any part of the world by providing you access to your data over the internet.

Delivery

This is how we successfully deliver data center services.

1. Establishing Goals and Identifying Needs :

It’s critical to define your project goals before we start implementation. To guarantee a customized strategy, we will evaluate your business goals, data storage requirements, and performance expectations.

2. Choosing the Most Suitable Technology

Good news is that we are going to have a look at these different technologies in the light of your needs and decide what will best serve you. You have options: cloud storage, IP network-attached storage otherwise known as NAS, Storage Area Network or SAN, and Direct Attached Storage otherwise known as DAS.

3. Creating and Planning Your Infrastructure

Our team will design the architecture, topology, and layout of the infrastructure to ensure it will scale up to meet your performance and storage needs.

4. Evaluation and Verification

That is, we test your system in a controlled environment before launching, find problems and hitches in its performance, making sure everything is operating the way it should.

5. Training your team

We will engage with you in the training and mentoring of your team on how best to use the system when it goes live. This ensures that your team can manage and utilize the storage infrastructure effectively. Our experts are also available after the project for further support.
